These Terms of Use govern your use of the CloudNest Daycare website (www.cloudnestdaycare.com) and the services provided by CloudNest Daycare ("CloudNest", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or enrolling your child with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about CloudNest Daycare's programs and services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written consent. All content — including text, images, and logos — remains the intellectual property of CloudNest Daycare.
Enrollment at CloudNest is subject to a separate Enrollment Agreement signed by the parent or legal guardian at the time of registration. The Enrollment Agreement contains the full terms governing fees, attendance, notice periods, conduct policies, and termination of services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Enrollment Agreement, the Enrollment Agreement shall take precedence.
Monthly fees are invoiced in advance and due on the 1st of each month. A late payment charge may apply to fees not received by the 7th of the month. Failure to pay fees for two consecutive months may result in suspension of enrollment. A non-refundable registration fee is payable to confirm a place.
Parents wishing to withdraw their child from CloudNest must provide a minimum of four (4) weeks' written notice. Notice must be submitted in writing by email to coudnest22@gmail.com or in person. Fees are payable during the notice period regardless of attendance.
CloudNest does not offer fee credits or reductions for days when a child is absent due to illness, family commitments, or holidays. Scheduled closures (public holidays, Eid, and CloudNest holiday periods) are not charged.
CloudNest is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all children, staff, and families. We expect all adults on our premises to treat staff and other families with courtesy and respect. CloudNest reserves the right to terminate enrollment in cases of persistent aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour by any adult associated with an enrolled family.
Children will only be released to adults listed on the authorised pickup form provided at enrollment. CloudNest reserves the right to request photo identification from any individual collecting a child. In cases where collection arrangements change, written WhatsApp or email notification must be received before the change takes effect.
CloudNest may photograph or video children during activities for use in internal documentation, parent reports, and social media. A separate media consent form is required at enrollment. Parents may withdraw media consent at any time in writing. No images of children will be published without valid consent on file.
Parents agree to keep children at home when unwell. Children may not attend CloudNest with a temperature of 38°C or above, active vomiting, diarrhoea, or a contagious illness. Children must be symptom-free for 48 hours before returning. Full details are set out in the Health Policy provided at enrollment.
CloudNest Daycare takes all reasonable and practicable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in our care. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the monthly fee paid for the relevant period.
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page and communicated to enrolled families with reasonable notice. Continued enrollment following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
