Admissions & Enrollment

What age groups do you accept?+
CloudNest accepts children from 6 weeks through to 6 years old. We have six programs: Infant Daycare (6 wks–1 yr), Toddler Daycare (1–2 yrs), Discovery Preschool (2–3 yrs), Preschool Program (3–4 yrs), Pre-Kindergarten (4–5 yrs), and Kindergarten (5–6 yrs).
How do I enroll my child?+
The simplest first step is to send us a WhatsApp message or call 0333 9277221. We'll arrange a free guided tour, answer your questions, and walk you through the enrollment process — no paperwork needed upfront.
Is there a waiting list?+
Yes, spaces can be limited — particularly in our infant and toddler programs. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to check current availability for your child's age group.
Do you offer a trial or settling-in period?+
Yes. Every new child begins with a personalised settling-in period — starting with shorter sessions and building up gradually over 1–2 weeks. We work with each family until the child is fully comfortable and settled.
Can I visit before deciding?+
Absolutely, and we encourage it. A free guided tour is the best way to see CloudNest for yourself. Contact us on WhatsApp to schedule one at a convenient time.
What documents are needed for enrollment?+
You'll need your child's B-form or birth certificate, immunisation record, two passport photos, emergency contact details, dietary / allergy information, and any relevant medical notes.

Curriculum & Education

What curriculum does CloudNest follow?+
Our curriculum is informed by international early childhood frameworks (including elements of EYFS and Montessori methodology) combined with Pakistan's cultural context. We blend structured learning with play-based exploration — always developmentally matched to each age group.
What language is used at CloudNest?+
We are a bilingual environment. English is our primary instruction language, with Urdu integrated naturally throughout the day — in songs, conversations, storytelling, and daily routines.
How do you handle children with different learning needs?+
We believe in inclusive education. Our educators adapt activities, pacing, and support to meet each child's individual needs. We work closely with parents and, where appropriate, external specialists to ensure every child thrives.
How do I know what my child is learning each day?+
Parents receive a daily digital report through our communication app — including photos, activity notes, meal logs, nap times, and milestone observations. Monthly parent-educator updates are also held termly.
At what age should my child start preschool?+
Most children benefit from beginning structured early learning around age 2–3 (our Discovery Preschool). However, children can join at any age from 6 weeks. Our admissions team will recommend the best starting program for your child's individual stage.
How do you prepare children for primary school?+
Our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs are specifically designed for school-readiness — covering phonics, early writing, number concepts, problem-solving, and the social-emotional skills needed to thrive from day one of Year 1.
Daily Life

Meals, Timing & Routines

What are your operating hours?+
CloudNest is open Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on public holidays, Eid breaks, and scheduled holiday closures — a full calendar is shared at enrollment.
Are meals included in the fees?+
Yes. A nutritious lunch and two healthy snacks (morning and afternoon) are included in all program fees. Dietary requirements and allergies are accommodated at no extra charge.
What should my child bring each day?+
A labelled water bottle, labelled lunch box (if your child has additional dietary needs), spare clothing, and any comfort items for younger children. A full list is provided at enrollment.
What happens if my child is sick?+
Children with fever (38°C+), vomiting, diarrhoea, or contagious illness must stay home until 48 hours after symptoms resolve. Please notify us via WhatsApp as early as possible on the morning of absence.
Can I collect my child earlier than the usual pickup time?+
Yes, early collection is fine — please notify us via WhatsApp in advance so your child is ready and the team is prepared for the handover.
What is your late pickup policy?+
A late fee applies for collection after 7:00 PM. If you're running late, please message us as soon as possible. Children are never left unsupervised — a staff member always remains with the child.
Safety & Wellbeing

Your Child's Safety

How is the facility secured?+
Our F-11 Markaz facility has 24/7 CCTV coverage, secure access control, and a strict visitor policy. Only pre-authorised adults from your pickup list may collect your child.
What are your vaccination requirements?+
An up-to-date vaccination record is required for enrollment. This is mandatory and helps protect all children, especially our youngest infants who may not yet be fully vaccinated.
What happens in a medical emergency?+
All staff hold current Paediatric First Aid certification. In the event of a medical emergency, we will call emergency services immediately and contact parents simultaneously. A clear protocol is followed for every scenario.
How do you handle allergies?+
All allergies are documented at enrollment, communicated to the entire team, and clearly marked in your child's daily file. We maintain a nut-aware environment. Allergy action plans are completed for children with severe allergies.
Are there cameras in the classrooms?+
Yes — CCTV cameras are installed throughout the facility including classrooms, corridors, and play areas. Footage is monitored by management and stored securely.
